Payment for all charters must be remitted in full prior to departure. Clients will be liable for obtaining the necessary visas of entry for any country visited, when and where necessary, in all instances. Any damages sustained to any aircraft, or additional fees incurred by the carrier will be payable in full by the client. In all instances all correct, required, documentation must be provided by the client, upon request. Incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the client to SyJets, or its agents or working partners, may be viewed as a breach of trading terms and any additional costs incurred will be deemed payable by the client in such instances. SyJets does not manage or operate aircraft on behalf of its clients. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall SyJets or it's affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use materials. If you are dissatisfied with any SyJets material, or with any of SyJets’s terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using SyJet's web site.
